The Cove

One of the most iconic and beautiful buildings in Dubia Creek Harbour (DCH). Low rise buildings with all amenities inside the buildings, and all the buildings are water front. The location is amazing as they are on the Canal which runs through Dubai Creek Harbour. The first building construction started way back in 2016 and finished in 2022, the first three buildings were Cove 3 G + 6 floors, only 50 odd units in the building. Second building was Cove 2 G + 8 and the third building was G + 20 Cove 1.


Emaar now is starting to sell the second phase of cove which is Cove 4,5,6,7,8 they have 1,2,3 bed apartments available with water views. All the buildings are on the end of the canal and most have the water views from them. The buildings are low rise and low-density buildings with Gym, Swimming pool and children’s play area.


Cove 1,2,3 is handed over and most of the Europeans are living in these buildings, the rental income is 8% net to owners and it is one of the highest in Dubai, on the sales front the units which are water facing are commanding a premium. Cove is the best bet in the creek as all the units have the water views and the buildings itself are on the water front with all the amenities inside
